There is a re-stocking fee of 20% for a new bike which was
purchased in the store or over the phone IF it is returned.
If the condition is perfect the 15% fee will apply. If
there is damage, no return is accepted.
If there is a defective part or frame, issue a full reimbursement
will apply or 100% repair will be done if the customer prefers.
Credit card fees will be paid by the customer at time of refund if
applicable.
